CNC MILL TURN SPECIALIST
QPE machines components for a wide range of clients in growth industries. We have a range of CNC MILL TURN machine tools to machine high tolerance parts.
Due to an increase in customer business, Day and Afternoon shift positions are available for these CNC Mill - Turn machine tools as well as anyone interested in weekend shifts. It is anticipated that you will have good programming skills for this machine and can run and program these machines without supervision.
Experience programming these machines using an offline programming system would be an advantage, and in particular complex components utilising the fully syncronous milling spindle. If you have experience in similiar technology and feel your skills are transferrable to these MAZAK and DMG Mori machines please contact us.
5 AXIS SPECIALIST
QPE uses this technology for machining a wide variety of accurate components where the rigidity and accuracy is paramount.
