Stärke - Advanced Manufacturing Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Al Jawhari as Co-Founder & Group Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Jawhari brings a wealth of experience to the Stärke-AMG, an Australia / North American-based alliance of synergistic, vertically integrated, advanced manufacturing companies, with capabilities across design, prototype, additive manufacturing, component supply, precision machined assemblies, mould and die manufacture & fabrication.
Stärke-AMG services a unique portfolio of leading innovative businesses across a range of industry sectors including Defence with the opportunity to provide them with unmatched value.

Jawhari comes to the STÄRKE-AMG from his former position as Lightforce Group CEO. His previous roles include co-founding and leadership positions in diverse, successful innovation-based businesses across the globe. Locations, where he has done business, include the Middle East and North Africa, United States, Europe and Australasia.
He now lives on a farm in the Adelaide Hills with his wife, two children and two dogs.
Al has a strong track record of creating value and transforming innovation to commercial viability and has always been a strong advocate and demonstrator of how commercial innovation and speed are key to building profitable, high growth and sustainable businesses.
Al is a proud recipient of The First Class Medal of Military Duty, one of the highest decorations awarded in The Egyptian Armed Forces as well as a SeedForum Global Impact award 2019 OSLO/Norway for his Global Entrepreneurship Impact.
